General Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales of products and services offered on the website chezmademoisellec.com (hereinafter “the Site”), published by Chez Mademoiselle C, whose registered office is in Paris, France.

Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products and Services

The Site offers:

  • Digital products: eBooks, guides, downloadable content
  • Online seminars: video courses and webinars
  • Fashion Tours: guided tours in Paris (experiences)
  • Physical products: items available in the shop

Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment by the seller.

3. Prices

  • All prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of tax
  • Delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation
  • Chez Mademoiselle C reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed

4. Orders

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. Selection of product(s)/service(s)
  2. Add to cart and review
  3. Enter delivery information (if applicable)
  4. Choose payment method
  5. Confirm and make secure payment
  6. Confirmation by email

The order is finalised upon receipt of full payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

6. Delivery

Digital products

Digital products (eBooks, seminar access) are available immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link or online access.

Physical products

Delivery times are indicated at the time of order. Chez Mademoiselle C undertakes to dispatch products within 3 to 7 working days.

Fashion Tours

Fashion Tours take place on the reserved dates and times. A confirmation email with practical details is sent after booking.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Exceptions:

  • Digital content (eBooks, seminars) once download or access has begun
  • Fashion Tours that have already taken place

For Fashion Tours not yet taken: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Beyond this, no refund will be granted.

8. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.

9. Liability

Chez Mademoiselle C shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse of purchased products or from force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, videos, logos) on the Site is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator.
